“ We've been thinking about trying Sarpinos pizza for awhile but have never gotten around to it with all the pizza places in KC. Our daughter's boyfriend brought a pepperoni pizza over for dinner and we really enjoyed it. There was lots of cheese and pepperonis on the pizza. The highlight was finding out that they are open 365 days a year. We remember the year Christmas lunch was early and then we took an evening drive to find pizza and couldn't find any pizza place open. Now we know we can go here 365 days a year! Open all holidays! ”

“ This was my first visit to Sarpino's and it definitely won't be the last. A young friend wanted to meet me there and I figured it was because they had clowns, sippee cups, and games. Much to my surprise, it wasn't that way at all. Somewhat spartan furnishings but comfortable seating and clean tables. A big plus in my book, as some places will act like they are doing you a favor by handing you a towel and spray to do their job. I've been known to clean all of the empty tables to drive a point home and give something back to humanity. The service was very good, as good as counter service can be. The manager was very friendly and did his job well. The delivery driver was busy and ran to and from his car on every delivery. The cooks stayed busy and smiled whenever I was at the counter. The pizza was fantastic. The crust was very good, they didn't center load it( when you put too much of the toppings towards the center, which leads to a soggy, runny first bite. The toppings were great, as was the sauce, and there was a copious amount of cheese. Two thumbs up! A few minutes before we left, the manager came over and said he had a canceled pizza and gave it to us. It was the Buffalo Blue Chicken and I gratefully accepted it. It was freaking awesome! Now I feel like I need to try one of each on their menu. I'll be back, and I'll probably be little rounder. ”
